There are times in my walk with God when I have heard His voice tenderly say, ‘This too, my child, is for your sanctification.’ And then there are times when I have heard the same words, but I just know that He’s laughing. My post over at enCourage today chronicles one of the times (now, in fact) when our Lord’s sense of humor has been behind my needed growth in holiness. I pray that your heart is lifted and your spirit blessed as you read how God is using an all-too-common instrument for my good and His glory.

She has been blogging ever since she accidentally signed up for a blog while attempting to comment on a friend’s post and figured, “Why not?” Barbaranne and Jim are members of Christ Presbyterian Church in New Braunfels, Texas, where she leads a Bible study for women in the hope that she and they may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge. God can use everything and I think dogs are an excellent example of His love for us!
